Introduction
Hey, I’m Eugene — a software engineer who spends way too much time making my own life more complicated in the name of learning things properly.
Currently at SAP working on cloud-native stuff (infra, deployments, CI/CD pipelines). Outside of work I’m building a home lab, maintaining this digital garden, and going deep on AI-native tooling. This site is where I document what I’m actually building — not polished tutorials, just honest notes from someone figuring it out as they go.

This garden
This site runs on Quartz, synced directly from my Obsidian vault. Posts here are a mix of project write-ups, learning notes, and the occasional rabbit hole.
The whole setup — from how notes get categorised to how blog posts get published — is managed with Claude Code and a bunch of custom skills and hooks. More on that in Claude Setup.
Not everything here is finished. Some notes are seeds, some are trees. Come back and see what’s changed 👀
